Medal for the 1857 Crystal Palace Handel Festival

Struck for the Sacred Harmonic Society and awarded to each of the 2500 participants. Engraved by John Pinches (d. 1905). The bust is based on the statue from Vauxhall Gardens. 4.2 cm or 1 5/8 inches in diameter.
