• Description : The Collegium consists of student and community singers and instrumentalists who have a particular interest in ensemble music spanning the Renaissance and Baroque. Most of the vocalists are undergraduate and graduate students from the music school. A core group of instrumentalists exist (about half from outside the university) who specialize in period performance (period pitch : A 415).

University of Texas Early Music Ensemble

• Description : The Early Music Ensemble is an organization of the School of Music of The University of Texas at Austin. The EME performs vocal and instrumental works of the Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and (increasingly) Classical periods. Instrumental music is performed on reproductions of historical instruments whenever possible. Concerts of the Early Music Ensemble are free and open to the public.
